Registration News and Info
Please Read the Important Registration Info and news.

Hello NOTL Wolves Families!   One final e-mail before registration opens up.  There is some new information for children born in 2011 and 2012 which is included below.

Links for Hockey Canada and the Parent Respect in Sport course are also in this e-mail for you.   Please be advised that all registration takes place online through Hockey Canada.  Please click on or cut and paste the link below in order to access the Hockey Canada registration page:
https://registration.hockeycanada.ca/registration/?ID=5297

If your child is new to hockey, you will have to create a NEW account.  If you registered in previous years, you must use your account login information that you created.   Important Reminders from the OMHA:
1.  When entering your address, you must include a physical address not just a PO Box.
2.  One parent from each household MUST take the Parent Respect in Sports online course.  If the course is not complete and linked to your child's Hockey Canada account, your child will not be allowed on the ice.

Please click on or cut and paste the following link in order to access the course: https://omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.com3.

Please register your child when creating an account with Hockey Canada using their name as it appears on their Birth Certificate.

Please contact Peggy Braun ([email protected]) if you have any questions about registration.

**PARENTS WITH CHILDREN BORN IN 2011 AND 2012** Hockey Canada has recently mandated that children born in 2012 are considered a "Minor Novice" category and within this age group, there will be NO rep/travel hockey available anywhere in Canada.  Children born in 2012 will play Novice house league half ice hockey for the 2019/2020 season.  Children born in 2011, will be considered "Novice" and, depending on our numbers, we will have a rep/travel (BB) team and 1-2 house league teams in NOTL.  This will also be consistent across Canada.  Novice BB will not play full ice games until after January 15/2020.   PLEASE REGISTER FOR WHICHEVER PROGRAM AUTOMATICALLY POPULATES ON YOUR HOCKEY CANADA ACCOUNT BASED ON YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH YEAR (IE. FOR 2012 CHILDREN, "TYKE AND/OR PRE-NOVICE" WILL APPEAR).  More details will be provided as they become available. For any questions, please contact Pete Flynn at 905-327-1620.   **PARENTS WITH CHILDREN BORN IN 2009 AND 2010** Children born in 2009 and 2010 are in the Atom age category for the 2019/2020 hockey season.  Please note that children in Atom are not able to play rep hockey outside of NOTL but can play house league anywhere you choose.
