Welcome back, Wolves families! REGISTRATION INFO BELOW

We are looking forward to an exciting season on the ice!  If you are receiving this email, please share widely as the new system is unable to add new email addresses at this time and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please read the registration instructions included below very carefully as the entire Hockey Canada system is new this year (and we appreciate your patience as we navigate it ourselves).  You will be prompted to create a new Hockey Canada account when you start the registration process but will be able to search for your child's existing profile once signed in.

The registration link is found at the bottom of this information.  *Please do not google registration for NOTL Minor Hockey as the registration link is very specific so use only the link provided by us via email and website.*. Please do not attempt to sign into the notlhockey.com website itself; you must use the registration link.

Some younger age groups will be given the option to register for teams above their birth year.  Please ONLY REGISTER YOUR NOTL PLAYER FOR THEIR PROPER BIRTH YEAR.  Any and all changes to teams and groups (players moving up or down) will be made at the beginning of the season and determined in conjunction with our coaches/coaching convenor, not solely by the parent.

Parents of First Time Players (NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR):

The following must be complete before the system allows a new player to register and before a first time player is permitted on the ice (no exceptions):

·  The online Respect in Sport parent program is mandated by the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) and must be completed by one parent.  This is an online program that takes approximately one hour to complete at a cost to you of $12.00.  If you have already completed the program for another player, your certificate number must be linked to the new player's profile.  omhahockeyparent.respectgroupinc.comAttached are step by step instructions for completing the program, and upon completion, your child's profile will have been created and you can proceed to registration for NOTL Minor Hockey.

·  A copy of the player's proof of birth must be uploaded to the parent Hockey Canada account or emailed to the registrar (birth certificate, health card, or passport are acceptable).

Family Rates:

Family rates are available for the 2021/2022 season.  Any registration fee amount paid over $1500.00 for three or more players in the same family will be reimbursed after October 1/2021.

Rep Try Outs:

If your child is trying out for one of our BB or AE rep teams, AFTER completing the initial registration process, please go back in and complete a no charge registration for rep try- outs.  Please note that the player registration and the rep try out registration cannot be completed simultaneously even though the options both show up on the registration screen.  No player will be permitted on the ice for try-outs unless a separate rep registration has been submitted.  If your child is selected for a BB or AE team, a rep fee of $200.00 will be required no later than October 1, 2021.

Payment:

If paying by Interac e-transfer, please send payment to Lorie Ostromecki at [email protected].

Please direct all payment related questions to our Treasurer, Lorie Ostromecki, at [email protected].
