Hello Wolves families!   EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION RATES ARE AVAILABLE JUNE 1 AT 8:00 A.M. - JUNE 15 AT 11:00 P.M.  THE REGISTRATION LINK CAN BE FOUND HERE AND WILL ALSO BE POSTED TO THE WEBSITE.

When accessing the Hockey Canada registration system,  you must sign into your own account and then choose the participant(s) to register.  Parents will no longer be able to create a new participant profile, so if you have never created a profile for a new participant who is registering this season, please reply to this email asap so the participant profile can be created prior to earlybird registration.

Please contact Hockey Canada directly if you need assistance with a forgotten username or password.

Please contact Hockey Canada directly if you need assistance with a forgotten username or password.   Base registration rates will remain unchanged from last season, but please read carefully as the payment process has been updated.  ALL fees are due upon registration and payment will be accepted by credit card only.  The option for automatic payment installments on your credit card can be chosen during the checkout process in the registration system.   The $200 volunteer fee remains mandatory as one per family and will be included in the total registration amount to be paid up front.  $200 will automatically be deducted from each additional child's registration during the checkout process so you are only charged once.  Volunteer fees for coaches and bench staff will be refunded as soon as positions are confirmed on approved rosters.  All other volunteer fees will be refunded at the end of the season.

For additional details about our volunteer policy, please visit our website and click on the "Volunteer Policy" tab.   Family rates - for any family registering 3 or more players from the same household, please contact our treasurer, Lorie Ostromecki, at [email protected] PRIOR to registering in the Hockey Canada system so your credit can be applied.   If attending tryouts for our rep teams, it is mandatory to register for the rep program and pay all fees up front.

Fees for rep programming are broken down as follows: $650 earlybird registration rate (June 1 - 15) + $200 Rep fee + $50 Tryout fee + $200 volunteer fee = $1100.00.  The $200 rep fee will be refunded for any player who tried out and was not added to a rep team roster.  The $50 tryout fee is non-refundable.   *NO player will be allowed onto the ice for tryouts without having registered for the appropriate rep team before the start of tryouts*

Price breakdown for earlybird registration is below and includes the $200 volunteer fee for each registration and all fees for rep teams.  When earlybird registration closes, rates will increase by $100 per registration until September 1; at which point rates will increase by $100 again.
