Information for U8 & U9 Programs
Submitted By Kevin Bayne on Wed 07 27, 22
NOTL Minor Hockey is excited to offer programming for both U8 and U9 players, in accordance with the Player Pathways developed by Hockey Canada.

We hope to have both Local League (LL) and Minor Development (MD) for both age groups. Players will be on the ice 2-3 times per week.

Games for U8 will be half-ice for the duration of the season. Games for U9 are half-ice until January 15. After this date, U9 teams will begin playing full-ice games.

Since there is no Rep Hockey for ages U9 and below, both programs are residential programs. This means that you must play in your home association.
