AAA PTS Forms and NRP for AA 2024/2025 Season
If you are wishing to obtain a PTS AAA or NRP AA Passport for the 2024/2025Season
They are not available at this moment : TBA (2nd week of April 2024) AAA PTS Forms must be requested via email to the OMHA Rep [email protected]
Submit Request MUST INCLUDE the following Player Information Name , Address , Home Centre , AAA Zone , Date of Birth , Previous Season Team , Team Division Trying Out for
U12 and above can request an NRP & Permission to Skate. You can request one or the other or both. With the NRP you can ONLY tryout for one team EITHER A or AA. If you request AA and tryout and you DO NOT make it. You CANNOT come back and request another one to try out for A. Only ONE NRP per player per year, these are OMHA rules.
YOU MUST REGISTER ON OUR PREREGISTRATION FORM PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN NRP. (PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED)PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE CORRECT TEAM AND LOCATIONTHESE FORMS ARE ONLY MADE OUT 1 TIME . THEY WILL NOT BE REISSUED IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND NRP WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL THE WEEK OF THE AAA TRYOUTS .WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT IS THE TEAM YOU ARE TRYING OUT FOR ALL Divisions can can try out at AAA but this is not mandatory.
Players can tryout at AA OR A (not both) and if they are not offered a spot on the AA or A team they return home. The AA or A team is allowed to only accept 3 NRP players. The player can not tryout for another AA or A team if cut. Please email a separate request form for each player requesting these documents (if you have multiple players in the same residence)
.Once approved, the PTS AAA will be issued via email , the NRP for AA is a paper document that must be picked up from the Niagara on the Lake OMHA Rep to be presented at tryouts. Please note that we now are a feeder center for Niagara North AAA . You will be directed to go to this organization:
The only exception to this rule is that you have played for Southern Tier AAA for the 2022/2023 Season . (please make sure you indicated the STA team in previous seasons team name)
